Wolf Warming Drawer

A Wolf warming drawer is like all of their appliances; it’s just so much more than just a warming drawer. The large drawer is capable of warming large quantities of plates, dishes and cups when entertaining bigger groups of guests. With the flexibility of choosing a stainless steel drawer front, black glass front or to fully integrate into cabinetry the drawer is versatile and can suit all types of kitchens.

What’s really clever about the Wolf warming drawers in this prep kitchen is that they are integrated into the prep table which was no easy feat of design and engineering. Thanks to the fantastic design and technical wizardry of the project management teams at HM they were able to achieve this and ensure a seamless look and feel in this kitchen.

C O N T R O L S

Three pre-set variable temperature controls are available from 29°c – 95°c. A proof setting can also be chosen which created the perfect environment for allowing dough to rise or making your own yogurt.

S H O R T  O N  T I M E

Quick pre-heat times means that guests are not left waiting for food or that food can be maintained at the correct temperature. The warming drawer is fan assisted which means even heat distribution and better end results.

C L E A N I N G  &  C O N V E N I E N C E

An automatic four hour pre-set shut off comes as standard, so you can can site down and relax with your guests without having to remember to switch the warming drawer off. When it comes to cleaning it’s useful to know that the interior has a removable stainless steel drawer for easy cleaning and the hidden touch screen control panel can be wiped clean.
