The Best Fish & Chips in Town at The Mayfair Chippy, London

If you’re a fan of fish and chips, we have got a great tip for you on the blog today. You may not have heard of it, but the fish and chips at the Mayfair Chippy in London which has been open for over two years now is hands down the best chippy in town.

Serving a selection of the very best fish and chips in town, you can choose from a menu that includes oysters, crab and lobster in addition to great British classics like their famous braised lamb shepherds pie, crispy Cornish squid and Devon cod loin.

All their food is responsibly sourced and absolutely delicious. Also, considering you’re in the heart of Mayfair, it’s really good value for money.

The cocktail menu includes the delicious “Bramble” made up of gin, blackberry liqueur and lemon.

The dessert menu is pretty splendid too with classics like this warm chocolate pudding, salted caramel ice cream and cinder toffee which sounds absolutely amazing.

One of the main reasons that the Mayfair Chippy gets our vote is the stunning interior design by Stephenson Wright. Crisp, fresh and clean: when I visited a few months ago it was the beautiful design and styling that made me go “wow” before I’d even seen the food.

It just has the perfect mix of the black and white tiled floor, antique wooden booths, industrial metal stools and white metro tiles.

And of course, no chippy would be the same without the option to takeaway.
