A made-to-measure home
The primary goal while we were working on this incredible restoration and renovation of a classic London townhouse, was to ensure that each space seamlessly blended contemporary functionality with the home’s historic charm.
The kitchen, with its rich Greenwich Black Oak and Southwold palette, was elevated by dark bronze waxed Quilp handles and striking Calacatta Borghini marble worktops sourced from Italy. In the drawing room, the Berkeley Oak bar – flanked by elegant red wine display units -became a sophisticated yet welcoming focal point. Meanwhile, the utility room, nestled within the vaults, presented a unique design challenge due to its shape and multiple service access points, but was transformed into a beautifully efficient space, complete with a Samuel Heath tap as the perfect finishing touch.
This project was a true collaboration, and we were fortunate to work with clients whose vision and enthusiasm made the process as rewarding as the final result.

We’re proud to design and manufacture all our kitchens at our workshop in Felsted where the traditional joinery of the past meets the technical innovation of the present. We employ only the finest cabinetmakers whose passion for their craft is proudly displayed in each beautiful handmade kitchen. As well as kitchens, we also design, manufacture and install cabinetry throughout the rest of the home. In order to offer a truly bespoke kitchen design service, we provide a curated selection of accent woods, worktops and hardware along with our own paint range produced exclusively for Humphrey Munson by Mylands.
