Planning consent was gained for a major redevelopment of the property including basement and roof extensions that have doubled the floor space. The architecture and interior design was specified to a level expected in super prime London properties including a cantilevered oak staircase with glass balustrades, an internal winter garden with retractable glass roof, innovative and luxurious material finishes derived from marble, wood and textured stone, a media room with a dramatically back-lit, temperature-controlled cellar and bar and intelligent environmental, audio and visual controls system.
