One Denman Place, London is now home to a series of luxury apartments situated within the recently opened Ham Yard Hotel. Each apartment has been designed by co-owner and designer Kit Kemp in her frankly genius not to mention award-winning modern British style. The name Kit Kemp is now synonymous with colour, pattern and texture mixed together in a totally ground-breaking and innovative way.

Situated in Soho but on the cusp of Mayfair, One Denman Place has a distinctly urban village feel to it. There are 24 apartments in total and are available to let for 90 days or more. Accessed by an exclusive entrance with a dedicated reception on Denman Place or via the hotel itself, what better way to spend an extended period of time in London.

Residents have access to all hotel facilities which include a bar, restaurant, spa, gym, theatre and rooftop garden as well as private event rooms and bowling alley.

We just love these light and airy with full-length warehouse style windows, some with spacious terraces and views overlooking the London rooftops.

Each apartment is immaculately presented with beautiful detailing including fabric covered walls, grey oak floors, bespoke furniture, luxurious marble bathrooms and fully integrated AV control systems.
