Launched during the lockdown period, the Galvin at Home offers the same sensational food you’d expect to dine on in the restaurant but in the comfort of your own home.

Summer is the season of the barbecue and al fresco dining and what better way to do that than with a Galvin BBQ box.

Easily serving 4 people the box offers the following:

4 x beef burgers

4 x Great Garnetts hot dogs (plus rolls and garnish)

4 x Great Garnetts half rack bbq pork ribs

4 x citrus marinated chicken legs

1 x potato salad

1 x tomato and basil salad

1 x cous cous salad

1 x red cabbage coleslaw salad

The box costs £80 and there’s an option of 1.1kg Côte de boeuf upgrade for an extra £20.

Galvin at home means you can indulge in Galvin’s Michelin-starred experience in your home. Prepared by Chris and Jeff Galvin, the three course menu changes weekly and is priced at just £40 per person.

The three course menu changes weekly and requires simple finishing at home. Video tutorials by Jeff Galvin show how to finish the prep of each dish and are live on Thursday or Friday for the menu of the same weekend. These will need to be consumed within 24 hours and are available to collect on either Friday or Saturday between 9-11am and 3-5pm from the Galvin La Chapelle and Galvin Green Man.

In other foodie news, you can enjoy the Galvin burger deluxe, fish & chips, truffle macaroni and cheese and salt & pepper calamari all available Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9-11am and 3-5pm. Please note this is at the Galvin Green Man only.

A good meal is most certainly made better with delicious good quality wine. You can purchase bottles and cases of sparkling, white, rosé and red wines at retail price. Plus every week the team will recommend pairing wines with the Galvin at home experiences.
