Summer Sparkler | Mirabeau Spritz

Summer is almost here and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate that long awaited fact, than with a glass of Mirabeau rosé – with a twist.

For the CDQ Summer Street Party in Chelsea, we teamed up with Maison Mirabeau who have very kindly supplied their delicious Pure Provence Rosé for the event. Pale pink in colour, with peachy reflections, this is a superbly crafted rosé that can be enjoyed for any and all occasions.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of Mirabeau rosé
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Punnet of British strawberries
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • Sparkling water to top

Method

  1. Begin by slicing 3-4 the strawberries into quarters and place into the bottom of a glass of choice.
  2. Do the same with two slices of lemon and add to glass.
  3. Muddle the strawberries and place 4-6 ice cubes on top.
  4. Pour in the Mirabeau rosé and top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon for a super pretty, delicious summer drink.
